On clean, pre-prep' hair: if client hasn't prepped own hair, then expect additional (see Wash & Blow-dry list) charges for service add-on. If client has pre-prepped hair that is slightly wet or not (pre-stretched) to satisfaction, then expect additional £10-20 (length depending) service add-on to final service charge. *DO NOT HAVE FRESH CUT HAIR FOR PLAITS/TWISTS/BRAIDS*

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
